Returns are only accepted for eligible products in their original condition within 30 calendar days of delivery or pick-up. Custom wheels/tires, used, installed, or altered products may not be returned. Refunds are reduced by installation, shipping, disposal, or other fees paid. See full return policy for details.

5. Payment and Pricing

You agree to pay the prices displayed, along with related taxes and charges, at the time of purchase. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers, discounts, and featured sale items may be limited in quantity and duration.

Ohtsu Tire reserves the right to correct pricing errors on the website regardless of whether the order has been submitted, confirmed, or charged. In the event of an error, if your payment has been charged, you will be given the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.
